Welcome to MyGrowth ("MyGrowth", "we", "us", or "our"). MyGrowth is an affiliate marketing platform that enables registered members ("Member", "User", "you", or "your") to participate in eligible promotional programs, refer customers, purchase eligible products or services, and earn commissions subject to the applicable commission structure and these Terms & Conditions.

By accessing or using mygrowth.co.in, creating an account, making a payment, participating in the affiliate program, or claiming any commission, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

1. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2. You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement under applicable Indian law.
3. Each person may maintain only one MyGrowth account unless otherwise permitted by MyGrowth.
4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
5. You must not create accounts using false, misleading, or impersonated information.
6. MyGrowth may request identity, bank account, PAN, KYC, or other verification documents where required.

2. Nature of the MyGrowth Affiliate Program

MyGrowth operates an affiliate marketing program through which eligible members may promote products, services, or other eligible offerings and receive commissions for qualifying transactions or referrals.

Participation in the program does not constitute an employment relationship, partnership, agency, franchise, or guarantee of income.

Members participate independently and are responsible for their own promotional activities, applicable taxes, and compliance with applicable laws.

3. Registration and Account

To participate in the MyGrowth affiliate program, you may be required to register an account.

You agree that:

• The information submitted by you is true and accurate.
• You will update your information when it changes.
• You will not share your account credentials with another person.
• You will not sell, transfer, rent, or otherwise assign your account without written permission from MyGrowth.
• You will immediately notify MyGrowth if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

MyGrowth reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing inaccurate, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized information.

4. Online Payments

MyGrowth may accept online payments through third-party payment gateways or other payment methods made available on the platform.

Payments may be processed through authorized payment service providers. MyGrowth does not directly store your complete card, UPI, banking, or other sensitive payment credentials unless specifically stated in our Privacy Policy.

1. Payment information submitted during checkout must be accurate.
2. You must use a payment method that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use.
3. You must not use stolen, unauthorized, fraudulent, or chargeback-prone payment methods.
4. A payment is considered successful only after confirmation from the applicable payment gateway and/or MyGrowth.
5. A failed, pending, reversed, cancelled, or disputed payment may not qualify for activation, referral benefits, or commission until the transaction is successfully settled.

Payment gateway charges, taxes, convenience fees, or other applicable charges may apply and will be displayed where applicable.

5. Products, Services and Pricing

The products or services available through MyGrowth may be subject to separate descriptions, pricing, eligibility conditions, and terms.

MyGrowth reserves the right to:

• Change product or service prices;
• Modify available products or services;
• Introduce or discontinue offers;
• Correct pricing or technical errors; and
• Change eligibility conditions where reasonably necessary.

The applicable price and terms displayed at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.

6. Commission Structure

MyGrowth may provide commissions to eligible members for qualifying referrals, sales, subscriptions, activations, or other transactions.

The commission structure may include, where offered:

• Referral commissions;
• First-level commissions;
• Second-level commissions;
• Performance-based commissions;
• Rank-based benefits;
• Promotional bonuses; and
• Other incentives announced by MyGrowth.

A commission may become payable only after the underlying transaction satisfies all applicable conditions, including successful payment, verification, completion of any required activation period, and the absence of cancellation, refund, chargeback, fraud, or other disqualifying circumstances.

MyGrowth may place commissions in a pending status until the relevant transaction has been verified and settled.

7. Commission Calculation

Commission calculations will be based on the commission structure applicable to the qualifying transaction at the relevant time.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, commissions are not calculated on:

• Cancelled transactions;
• Refunded transactions;
• Chargebacks;
• Failed or reversed payments;
• Fraudulent transactions;
• Duplicate transactions;
• Self-referrals prohibited under the program;
• Transactions generated through prohibited promotional methods; or
• Transactions otherwise determined to be non-qualifying under the applicable program rules.

MyGrowth's transaction and commission records will be used to determine the commission payable, subject to correction of genuine technical or accounting errors.

8. Referral Rules

Members may use their assigned referral link, referral code, or other authorized promotional mechanism.

Members must not:

• Create fake referrals;
• Register accounts using false identities;
• Use bots or automated systems to generate referrals;
• Manipulate referral tracking;
• Use misleading advertisements;
• Make false claims about MyGrowth or its products/services;
• Promise guaranteed income;
• Misrepresent commission amounts;
• Spam users through unauthorized channels;
• Use malware, deceptive redirects, or unauthorized tracking methods; or
• Engage in any activity intended to artificially generate commissions.

9. No Guaranteed Income

MyGrowth does not guarantee any minimum income, profit, commission, sales volume, or financial return.

Actual earnings depend on qualifying transactions, customer activity, applicable commission rates, and other conditions.

Members must not advertise MyGrowth as providing guaranteed or risk-free income.

10. Wallet and Commission Balance

Where MyGrowth provides a digital wallet or commission balance, amounts displayed in the wallet may include pending, approved, reversed, or payable amounts.

A wallet balance does not necessarily mean that the entire displayed amount is immediately withdrawable.

MyGrowth may adjust balances to correct:

• Refunds;
• Chargebacks;
• Duplicate credits;
• Incorrect commission calculations;
• Fraudulent transactions;
• Reversed transactions; or
• Technical or accounting errors.

11. Withdrawal of Commission

Eligible commission amounts may be withdrawn subject to MyGrowth's applicable withdrawal rules.

MyGrowth may require:

• KYC verification;
• PAN details;
• Bank account verification;
• Name matching;
• Minimum withdrawal limits; and
• Other legally or operationally required information.

Payments may be delayed where verification, payment processing, banking issues, fraud checks, disputes, or legal requirements require additional review.

Applicable taxes, deductions, withholding, or statutory requirements may apply to commission payments as required by law.

12. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations will be handled according to the refund policy applicable to the relevant product or service.

Where a transaction generating a commission is refunded, cancelled, reversed, or charged back, the related commission may be cancelled or deducted from the member's wallet or future commission balance.

If a commission has already been paid and the underlying transaction is subsequently refunded or reversed, MyGrowth may recover or adjust the corresponding commission, subject to applicable law.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, the related transaction and commission may be placed on hold while the matter is investigated.

Any commission associated with a transaction ultimately determined to be invalid, reversed, fraudulent, refunded, or charged back may be removed or recovered.

14. Prohibited Activities

You must not use MyGrowth for:

• Fraudulent activities;
• Money laundering or unlawful financial activity;
• Identity theft;
• Fake registrations;
• False or misleading advertising;
• Unauthorized payment transactions;
• Hacking or attempting to compromise the platform;
• Automated abuse;
• Manipulation of referral or commission systems;
• Spam;
• Illegal activities;
• Activities violating intellectual-property rights; or
• Any activity that may harm MyGrowth, its customers, payment partners, or other members.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

MyGrowth may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Fraud;
• Abuse;
• Violation of these Terms;
• Manipulation of commissions or referrals;
• Unauthorized transactions;
• False information;
• Payment disputes;
• Prohibited promotional activity; or
• Violation of applicable law.

Where appropriate, pending commissions may be held while an investigation is conducted.

16. Changes to Commission Structure

MyGrowth may modify its commission structure, eligibility requirements, referral rules, promotional benefits, or incentive programs from time to time.

Changes may include:

• Commission rates;
• Referral levels;
• Qualification requirements;
• Rank requirements;
• Bonus programs;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts; and
• Other program conditions.

Changes will generally apply prospectively from the effective date communicated by MyGrowth, unless otherwise required by law or clearly stated for a particular promotion.

17. Intellectual Property

All MyGrowth branding, logos, website content, graphics, software, text, designs, and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to MyGrowth unless otherwise stated.

Members may use approved promotional materials only for legitimate affiliate marketing purposes and in accordance with MyGrowth's guidelines.

You must not copy, modify, sell, redistribute, or use MyGrowth intellectual property in a manner that suggests unauthorized ownership, sponsorship, or partnership.

18. Third-Party Services

MyGrowth may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, banking services, analytics providers, communication services, and other technology providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

19. Privacy and Personal Information

MyGrowth may collect and process personal information required for registration, KYC, payments, referrals, commission calculations, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the MyGrowth Privacy Policy and applicable law.

20. Taxes

Members are responsible for understanding and complying with their own applicable tax obligations arising from commissions, rewards, incentives, or other income received through MyGrowth.

Where required by applicable law, MyGrowth may collect, report, deduct, or withhold applicable taxes from payments.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyGrowth will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including payment gateway outages, banking failures, internet disruptions, technical failures, cyber incidents, natural events, or third-party service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

22. Website Availability

MyGrowth aims to maintain the availability and functionality of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, upgrades, security measures, technical problems, or circumstances beyond MyGrowth's reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

23. Changes to These Terms

MyGrowth may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be published on the website with an updated effective date.

Continued use of MyGrowth after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.

24. Complaints and Grievances

If you have a question, complaint, payment issue, commission dispute, or other concern, you should contact MyGrowth through the contact details published on the website.

Please include relevant information such as your registered email/mobile number, transaction ID, order ID, and a description of the issue to help us investigate the matter.

25. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to MyGrowth shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the place specified by MyGrowth in its official business/contact information.

26. Acceptance

By registering for MyGrowth, making a payment, participating in the affiliate program, using a referral link, or otherwise using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
